The Common Voice:
Singing as a Catalyst for Unity

a Workshop with Helen Oney

“Be anxiously concerned with the needs of the age ye live in, and centre your deliberations on its exigencies and requirements.”             -Bahá’u’lláh

Description: There are well-known signposts that any group moves through on its way to unity.  Music, and singing in particular, is a mighty tool in achieving those signposts and propelling a group towards unity.

No musical experience or ability required -- only a willingness to participate. We will sing together in an atmosphere of trust and spirit.  In between songs, I will share some of what I’ve learned about creating unity and community using music.

Most of all – we will have fun!
